•The opportunity to participate in a social get-together with other volunteers at least twice a year (June and December)

•Move items from receiving area to display area
•Wait on customers
•Cashier at checkout
•Bag purchases
•Sell jewelry
•Pick up items from those unable to bring items to the shop
•Supervise one or more of the departments
•Wash, sort, and price toys
•Sort and price books
•Test electronics
•Make clothing for dolls
•Take cardboard and non-working electronics to recycling center
•Make minor furniture repairs
•A few work three or four days a week for four hours and longer.
•Some work two days a week for four or more hours
•Some work one day a week for four or more hours
•Some work periodically as they are able
•Some work from home doing things like washing/sorting toys, making clothes for dolls, etc.
More volunteers will allow us to increase the time the shop is open, and increase the opportunities for people to drop off donated items.
